各位朋友,很快又踏入十二月了。聖誕鐘聲又要響起,我趁此機會恭祝各位聖誕節及新年快樂、財源滾滾並安居樂業。我在聖誕節期間將赴海外休假壹個月,故從14/12/2011 起至15/01/2012 為止本公司暫不辦公。希望我在休假充電後,能為大家提供更優質的服務。

Dear Friends, Christmas is at our doorsteps now.  I would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a merry Christmas and a happy New Year of 2012.  Between 14/12/2011 and 15/01/2012 I will be on holidays in overseas, so that our office will be closed during that period and will re-open for business on 16/01/2012.  I hope that I will be fully recharged with energy after the holidays and provide to you a much more quality service in the year to come.

銀行利率仍將維持不變 (Bank Interest Rates On Hold)

因應近期歐洲各國的財政危機對全球經濟帶來的冲擊,本國的儲備銀行將官方貼現利率維持在低位2.5%。 Bancorp Treasury Services 表示儲備銀行認為歐洲經濟危機對全球的影響較預期更明顯差勁,故此它估計官方利率在明年也應會保持不變。

As expected, Reserve bank left the official cash rate unchanged at its record low 2.5% with the European financial crisis and its impact on the global economy the main reason. Bancorp treasury Services says the central bank considered a scenario in which the impact of the European crisis is worse than expected in which case it expects interest rates to remain unchanged next year.

奧克蘭房質價十一月份創新高(Auckland House Prices Hit New November High)

Barfoot & Thompson 表示十一月份奧克蘭房產市道熾熱,無論在成交宗數及平均成交價均創新高。資料顯示十一月份平均房銷成交價較十月份增長2.5% 達$567,489。高檔次的豪宅在十一月份的銷情特別暢旺,壹佰萬元以上的豪宅有75宗成交,令人鼓舞。Barfoot & Thompson 續稱那些外形討好的房產雖能吸引更多買家的興趣,但買家不急於成交或不打算付出更高的價錢。Barfoot & Thompson 預期這個聖誕期間房產銷情也會如十一月般的走俏。

According to Barfoot & Thompson, interest in the Auckland housing market surged in November with a sharp increase in sales numbers and average prices hitting a new November high.  November was an extremely active month with the average selling price rising by 2.5% on October’s values to $567,489.  It said the top end of the market was extremely active during November with 75 houses sold at $1 million or more.  Properties with appeal are attracting a good deal of interest, but buyers are not paying over the top or acting in haste to secure properties.  Barfoot & Thompson anticipates that the strong sales pattern of November will continue right up to the Christmas break.
